- RMA Requirement: No returns accepted without a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a signed Condition Declaration.
- Diminished Value (UK/EU Law): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will deduct up to 50% of the refund value for items returned with broken seals, signs of use, or “burn-in” hours on electronic components.
- Technical Inspection: All returns are subject to a 14-day forensic technical audit. A £75 / €90 Testing Fee applies if a “faulty” item is found to be in full working order.
- Shipping: The customer bears all costs and risks for return shipping. Items must be fully insured for their retail value.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Riverside Hifi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from the use of our products or website.
