Monday–Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm | Saturday / Sunday & Evenings by Appointment & Would Need to be Booked in Advance.

Yes – nationwide UK and international. We’ve completed projects in over many countries, delivering the same service wherever you are.

3. Can I audition equipment before buying?

Absolutely. Our Twickenham showroom has dedicated listening rooms where you can compare systems with your own music, in a relaxed, no‑pressure environment.

4. Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer flexible options including 0% interest on qualifying purchases, with terms from 6 to 48 months. Contact us for a personalised quote (subject to status).

5. What warranty and aftercare do you provide?

All products carry full manufacturer warranties (typically 2‑5 years). We also provide lifetime technical support, annual calibration and system updates – we’re here for the life of your system.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we export worldwide with full insurance, customs handling. VAT‑free export available for eligible orders.
