Pure Theatre CR40 Projector Lift
The Pure Theatre CR40 Projector Lift is a professional motorised ceiling lift designed to conceal your home cinema projector completely out of sight when it is not being used.
Installed discreetly within the ceiling void, the CR40 provides an elegant solution for rooms where you want the performance and cinematic scale of a dedicated projector without having the equipment permanently visible.
At the touch of a button, the projector lowers smoothly into its operating position ready for viewing. When the cinema is switched off, it retracts neatly back into the ceiling, maintaining a clean and uncluttered appearance.
The CR40 is ideal for dedicated home cinemas, media rooms, luxury living spaces and bespoke AV installations. With capacity for projectors measuring up to 470 × 440 × 190 mm (W × D × H) and weighing up to 22 kg, it can accommodate larger home cinema projectors that may not be suitable for Pure Theatre’s smaller ceiling lifts.
The lift can also form part of a fully automated home cinema system. The projector lift, electric projection screen, AV equipment, lighting and other components can be integrated so that the entire cinema is prepared for viewing from a remote control, touchscreen or smart-home system.

The CR40 is designed for installation around standard 8-inch joists, with approximately 515 mm between the joists. Adequate space above the plasterboard must be allowed for the complete lift mechanism and installation.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Projector dimensions and weight, ceiling structure, ventilation, service access, cable routing, throw distance and screen position should all be established before installation.
