Description

PT1 Laser Cinema

The Hisense PT1 is a premium 4K ultra-short-throw laser cinema projector designed to deliver an immersive big-screen experience without the need for a conventional ceiling-mounted projector.

Featuring Hisense’s advanced TriChroma RGB triple-laser technology, the PT1 produces vibrant, lifelike colours and impressive picture clarity, making it an excellent choice for luxury living rooms, media rooms and home cinema installations.

With 2,500 ANSI lumens of brightness and 4K UHD resolution, the PT1 is designed to deliver detailed images with excellent colour reproduction across a wide range of films, television programmes, sporting events and games.

Its ultra-short-throw design allows the projector to be positioned close to the wall or projection screen, making it particularly suitable for installations where a conventional long-throw projector would be impractical.

Support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and IMAX Enhanced helps deliver an engaging cinematic experience with compatible content.

The PT1 also incorporates integrated audio and smart streaming functionality, reducing the need for additional equipment in a straightforward entertainment system.

For customers wanting a more immersive experience, the projector can be connected to a dedicated AV receiver and surround-sound system.

At Riverside HiFi, we can provide complete Hisense PT1 installations, including ultra-short-throw projection screens, bespoke cabinetry, media walls, surround sound, networking and Control4 smart-home integration.

Cinema experience for your home – compact, bright, impressive
With the Hisense PT1, you can experience a real cinema feeling in your own home. The smart ultra-short-throw projector with innovative Trichroma RGB laser technology impresses with brilliant 4K picture quality, vivid colours, breathtaking sound and flexible operation. Whether films, series or gaming – the PT1 brings entertainment at the highest level directly to your home.

Trichroma Laser: Colours that inspire
The PT1 uses advanced Trichroma RGB laser technology, in which the three primary colours red, green and blue are generated by separate lasers. This not only achieves exceptional colour reproduction with 110% BT.2020, but also impressive image depth – ideal for high-quality film productions and series in true-to-life colours.

4K image quality, HDR support & impressive brightness
Thanks to 4K UHD resolution with over 8 million pixels, you can see every detail with crystal clarity. The integrated 4K upscaling technology also automatically enhances lower-resolution content. All major HDR formats are supported, including Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG – for particularly high-contrast and vivid images. With 2500 ANSI lumens of brightness, the PT1 delivers a clear, brilliant image even in daylight without having to completely darken the room.

Ultra Short Throw & Auto Screen Fit
With a throw ratio of just 0.2, the PT1 projects a huge image of up to 150 inches from the shortest distance to the wall – ideal for small rooms. The Auto Screen Fit function automatically detects the projection surface and adjusts the image geometry and sharpness accordingly. Combined with MEMC and Filmmaker Mode, this creates a smooth, natural viewing experience.

Dolby Atmos Sound & IMAX Enhanced
It’s not just the picture that impresses: the powerful sound is supported by Dolby Atmos and a speaker system with a total output of 46 watts. Two front and two upfiring speakers create an immersive sound field – perfect for action films and concert broadcasts. The Hisense PT1 is IMAX Enhanced certified – a seal of quality for exceptional picture and sound standards. This allows you to enjoy selected content in a quality that comes very close to the real IMAX cinema experience. In combination with Dolby Vision and Atmos, the projector delivers an impressive overall experience for cineastes.

Smart operation with VIDAA U7.6
With the user-friendly VIDAA U7.6 operating system, you can control your favourite apps such as Netflix, Disney+, YouTube or Apple TV quickly and intuitively. Content can be transferred wirelessly via AirPlay 2, Anyview Cast or Bluetooth. Additional features such as a web browser, parental controls, hotel mode and voice control are also available for maximum convenience.

Long-lasting performance, versatile connections
The PT1 is built to last: over 25,000 hours of runtime ensure more than 10,000 movie nights. Extensive connectivity options – including HDMI 2.1, USB 3.0, Wi-Fi 6e and RJ45 – ensure flexible integration into any home entertainment setup. With its elegant design, the projector fits perfectly into modern living environments.
