The Control4® DS3 Door Station delivers an amazing audio and Full HD 1080P video intercom experience, enabling customers to monitor and interact with activity at their front door or security gate with advanced features like video monitoring, motion detection, and unrivaled reliability.
This Touch Keypad adds a number of code-accessible functions, such as access control for gates, locks and door strikes, and intercom calls by dialing a unit number, phone number, PINs, etc.
Combined with Control4 touchscreens, customers enjoy greater convenience and increased peace of mind. And whether home or away, always know who is at the door by accessing the DS3 camera and intercom through the Control4 app and an active cloud-services plan.
Rated for outdoor installation, the unit is resistant to water and mechanical damage, and the 4” LCD screen is easy to read in direct sunlight and in total darkness.
FULL HD CAMERA WITH NIGHT VISION
This powerful camera ensures visibility, even in complete darkness, and is discreetly mounted to prevent tampering. The camera can also be connected to an NVR, accessed independently through the Control4 interfaces, and used with Luma Insights.
TOUCH KEYPAD
The LED backlight in the Touch Keypad can be adjusted to ensure the digits and symbols can be seen, in daytime and night. Use the keypad to start an intercom call, or to provide secure access using PIN codes. Codes can be created for daily use or for temporary access.
INTERCOM ANYWHERE
The Touch Keypad can initiate an intercom call by entering the unit or phone number. On the receiving end of the intercom call, a video preview will appear on designated Control4 Touchscreens and, if there is an active cloud services subscription, remotely to the Control4 Apps.
CUSTOMIZABLE USER SOUNDS
With the ability to choose their own ringtone, customers can select a variety of tones, chimes, and full songs to alert them to visitors.
MOTION DETECTION
The Door Station’s powerful sensors can detect motion at the entry-point and will send an automated alert – with an image snapshot of the event – via email to the customer.
RESISTANCE TO ANY ENVIRONMENT
Built to be tough and reliable, with IP54 and IK08 certifications, rest assured that the Door Station is ready to withstand any environment and weather condition.

This Surface Mount (on-wall) Virtual Kit does not include the optional Backplate (C4-DS2-BP-2) nor the Wedge Backplate (C4-DS2-WB-2) accessories.
Flush Mount (in-wall) Virtual Kits are also available for a smoother, cleaner finish.
